When I utilized this product on a consistent basis, each session seemed like a refreshing break from the pressures and difficulties of everyday life. My path toward relaxation couldn't have begun in a more conducive environment than the folding sauna chair, which makes assembly a snap. The fact that a Bluetooth connection is included is a stroke of brilliance, as it enables me to immerse myself in calming music or guided meditations, thus improving the quality of the experience as a whole. My impression is that the build quality is amazing, and the materials that were utilized to construct it are not only long-lasting but also resistant to heat, which guarantees that the session will be risk-free and worry-free. The design of the clear windows gives the room a contemporary vibe and enables me to take in the atmosphere without making me feel as though I am being hemmed in.

I love steam and sauna bathing, but public facilities are stressful, particularly having random men telling me to smile while I'm trying to relax. It took me a while to research options for personal sauna that I could afford, found this item and decided to take a chance on it. I'm glad I did because it works well for me and totally worth being a bit awkward to get in and out of and somewhat of a faff to dry out and refold for storage. These are small prices to pay for the benefits that come with a good steam session that leaves me feeling super clean and relaxed. I sleep so well afterwards!

Oh my goodness, I absolutely love it! It fits me perfectly, and I've been using it almost every day! Just pull out the sweater and enjoy it. If you enjoy feeling cozy and warm, you’ll definitely want to get one!

I love my sauna! The only critique is that it takes 15-20 minutes to boil, steam, and heat the tent. It is very lightweight. I am 6’1” and can sit comfortably in it. It is extremely easy to use. The only other thing is there’s a very small hole at the bottom of the tent where you attach the hoses & washers. It can get a little aggravating, trying to connect the pieces. Otherwise, I love my sauna. It’s relaxing & a 30-minute session stopped the pain in my upper back & neck. Well worth the cost. No complaints on functionality at all. There’s the entrance “door” with zippers inside & outside. There’s also a window that only opens from the outside. There’s a pouch on the inside which can hold items, but I’m not sure what type of items would sustain the heat & steam of the tent. This was a great buy!

I started using this sauna recently to alleviate some health symptoms. I experience asthma, chest tightness, pain and weakness in my joints, and fatigue. The first time I used this sauna it was absolutely amazing. I felt a difference immediately, less pain, immediate alleviation of my symptoms. I was able to breath easier. Felt refreshed and renewed, could feel the blood circulating through my body and my legs. I have been using it consistently since, and can feel the difference it makes.This has been a great investment to my health, as well as my mental health and stress reduction. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested, using it once a feel or once every 2 weeks has been a great benefit to me. One caution, don't use on any wood or vinyl flooring without placing floor protection underneath. The hot steam and water leaks onto the floor. I use thick yoga mats underneath it. 10/10!
