I carry all my stress in my neck and shoulders, and love a good neck massage. This massager gets right to work massaging my stiff sore muscles. Very portable as well, so you can use it on long car, plane or train rides. I recently drove halfway across the country and this sure helped!I like having the hands free option of the belt, but usually use it with the arm straps so I can get maximum pressure. The motor seems plenty powerful and doesn't bog down no matter how much pressure I am using. The heat is soothing but not super hot like a heating pad, just a gentle warming. If you like a nice strong neck massage, this is for you!

This massager simulates a hand massage very well. My stiff neck and shoulders feel so much more relaxed after using this. It gets even better once you learn how to subtly adjust the pressure and position of the massage heads by changing your posture.

I have had this for about five months and love it. It does the job better than any massager I have ever had. Because of the design, it is easier to apply pressure to the needed area and it has plenty of impact to meet any need. The battery life is exceptionally good.

I have to say I was a bit sceptical but I took a chance on it. It actually works very well. The strap is a nice touch so you don't have to use the arm straps to keep it in place. I do use them to add extra pressure. It is pretty quiet and does a nice job It charges off USB C but includes a USB A to C adaptor. Another nice touch is you can unzip the massaging arm cover and wash it. A solid 5 stars from me so far.
